Abstract

This study study aims to determine the effect of room occupancy rates and MICE activities on food and beverage income at SR Bali Hotels. The data used in the study are data for  the period 2021-20 2 2. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient test. The test results showed that the room occupancy rate partially did not affect food and beverage sale while MICE activities partially had a positive and significant effect on food income and at least at ST Resort Bali Hotel. The test results show that room occupancy rates and MICE activities simultaneously have a significant effect on food and beverage income. Food and beverage revenue was influenced by the increase in room occupancy and MICE activities by 47.9%.
