Results indicated a significant growth in publications, highlighting customer expectations, service quality, and innovation as focal research topics. The study revealed a peak in publications before a slight downturn, possibly due to market dynamics or global events such as the pandemic. Limitations include the reliance on available databases, possibly omitting relevant literature, and not reflecting research quality. Future research should expand databases for a more comprehensive view, focus on the impact of research on industry practices and policies, and delve deeper into the relationship between technological innovations and marketing success.</p> I Made Bayu Wisnawa Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Bisnis Hospitaliti https://ejournal.ppb.ac.id/index.php/jbh/article/view/1371 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0800 PENGARUH VARIABLE DARK TOURISM TERHADAP KEPUASAN WISATAWAN BERKUNJUNG DI BUKITTINGGI (STUDI KASUS LOBANG JEPANG) https://ejournal.ppb.ac.id/index.php/jbh/article/view/1414 <p>The main problem in this research is whether there is an influence of dark experience, engaging entertainment, unique learning experience, and casual interest on tourist satisfaction (case study of dark tourism Lubang Japang Bukittinggi).
